WHAT IF I GET AN ERROR 503 MESSAGE?
An ERROR 503 means that your IP address has been blocked by the web- server host due to the breaking of Firewall Policies.
You will receive this error code if your account has temporarily been suspended due to one of the following reasons:
- You have entered your password incorrectly more than 5 times consecutively.
- You have changed your password 5 times consecutively without logging in.
Your account will automatically be unsuspended within 4 hours.
To escalate the unblocking of your account, please email firewall@kcco.co.za requesting your account to be unsuspended – although this service is not guaranteed, and you may need to wait out the 4-hour cool-off period.
Make sure to send the email from the email address used to register your KCCO Online Shop Account.
